PATENTS: -

Members are offered a patent drafting and filing service providing a professionally drafted Patent Application with high quality machine drawn illustrations and also a follow through service to help their patents through to grant.

Most members could not afford the prices charged by city firms of patent attorneys. We provide our service at prices our members can afford easily.

REGISTERED DESIGNS and TRADEMARKS: -
A similar service is available to Patents but because no drafting is required, members who prefer it are just given guidance on how to file their own Designs and Trademarks for free (apart from official fees).

UNREGISTERED DESIGN RIGHT AND COPYRIGHT

The club operates a document registration service free to members where copies of documents are registered with their origination date. Statements of evidence can then be provided to members by an experienced expert witness to support the origination date of the documents.
